Common questions
ContactIs it only for sofas?
No. It works for any furniture: sofas and armchairs, chairs, tables, beds, wardrobes, kitchens and more. Shoppers choose what you offer – fabric, leather, wood, color or legs. The Doha sofa is just an example.
Do I have to change my website?
No. One short snippet goes on the product page; your design, cart and everything else stay the same.
What if I don’t have 3D models?
Get in touch – we arrange the preparation for each model. If you already have 3D models, setup is faster.
How many models and materials can I have?
There is no limit. You choose which fabrics and materials each model offers – every model can have its own selection. New materials are added without touching your site.
How much does it cost?
A one-time model preparation, then a monthly or yearly license for your website. Photos are an add-on package: 100, 500 or 1,000, or unlimited by arrangement. We quote by the number of models and materials.
Can someone copy the viewer to their own site?
No. The viewer works only on your websites, and models and materials cannot be downloaded.
Does the AR view cost extra?
No. The AR view is included for every client at no extra cost. Through the phone camera, shoppers see the chosen piece in their own room at true size – on iPhone and Android, with no app.
Which languages does it work in?
Serbian and English. Other languages are added on request.
How is a 3D configurator different from 3D furniture design?
3D design is a drawing of one interior or one custom piece, for one client. A 3D configurator runs on your website all the time: every shopper picks the material, color and legs, turns the model, sees it in their room and gets a photo of that combination – without your designer.
Does it work for stores outside Serbia?
Yes. The configurator works on any website, in any country and on any platform. The viewer is in Serbian or English, and other languages are added on request.
