Who processes the data

The data controller is Furni360. For any privacy questions, write to the address at the bottom of this page.

Contact form

When you send a request we process your name, company or website, email, approximate number of models and message – solely to reply to you and prepare a quote. The request reaches our inbox through the Resend email delivery service.

The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. We keep the data for as long as the conversation lasts and at most 24 months after the last contact, unless the law requires longer retention.

This website

This website uses no ad networks or advertising cookies. Hosting is provided by Vercel, which logs technical request data (such as IP addresses) for security purposes.

Analytics and cookies

With your consent we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) to see which pages are visited, where visitors come from and how many enquiries arrive through the site. It then sets the _ga and _ga_* cookies, which last up to 2 years. Google may process this data outside Serbia and the EU.

The legal basis is your consent. Until you give it, Google Analytics sets no cookies and receives only basic signals without a visitor identifier. Your choice is stored in your browser, and you can change it at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of the page.

Demo configurator

The 3D configurator only loads after you click the launch button. You then connect to our cloud services (Google Cloud), and the configurator uses Google Analytics for Firebase for anonymous model-load statistics, which may involve cookies or similar identifiers.

If you request a photorealistic render, the selected combination is sent to the render server and the finished photos are cached so the same combination shows instantly next time. This data is not linked to your identity.

Your rights

Under the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the right to access, rectify, erase and port your data, to restrict processing, to object and to withdraw consent. You may lodge a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection.
